Catch the Bure Valley Steam train to Wroxham and hire a boat to navigate the Broads a haven for wildlife or simply relax and unwind in stunning surroundings. The pretty town of Holt with traditional shops is a 20 minute drive. Within easy reach is the city of Norwich with restaurants bars a Norman castle market and 2 cathedrals. The North Norfolk coast can be reached within half an hour Cromer with wide sandy beaches cliff-top walks and famous for its fresh caught seafood. Sea Palling has a Blue Flag golden sandy beach. Leisure facilities: shared full length indoor heated swimming pool with showers and changing rooms; exclusive use at certain times of day 7 free hours per week or 1 session a day by prior arrangement with the owners.
